Service Advisor BYD in Den Haag

Arrange service and maintenance at BYD in The Hague mainly by phone and online, and keep the workshop schedule tight.

What you’ll be doing

Halfway through the morning the schedule shifts: a part for a BYD Dolphin arrives a day later. You call the customer, offer a new time slot and adjust the workshop schedule, so the mechanics don’t end up with a gap in their day.

• You are the link between customer and workshop and answer questions by phone, online and at the service desk.
• You schedule workshop appointments and organise them so the workshop is well filled.
• You process customer and vehicle data in CarIT and PlanIT and complete work orders, so mechanics can start straight away.
• You proactively keep customers informed and take care of invoicing.
• You coordinate with mechanics, colleagues and suppliers and think along when a situation goes differently than planned.

What we’re looking for

• You have experience in aftersales within automotive.
• You are customer focused and a strong communicator, and you enjoy lots of phone and online contact.
• You work accurately and in a structured way and are digitally skilled. Experience with CarIT and PlanIT is a plus.
• You speak excellent Dutch and have sufficient knowledge of English.
• You take initiative, pick up the phone and keep an overview even when it is busy.
• No experience with BYD or electric cars yet? No problem, you will build up that knowledge here.

What you get

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
• Your employment conditions follow the MVT collective labour agreement, so you know where you stand.
• If you work 40 hours, you choose whether to build up 104 ADV hours per year or have them paid out.
• 24 days of holiday, with the option to buy up to two extra weeks.
• 8% holiday pay, paid out every month.
• Pension through BPF Metaal & Techniek, with the employer paying 17.7% of the premium and you paying 10.28%.
• A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre by car and €0.30 by bike, plus staff discount and training through the digital learning platform.
