Privacy Statement

Uncapped Recruitment (hereinafter: “we”) places candidates in jobs in the automotive sector. To do this, we process personal data. In this statement you can read what data that is, why we process it and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

What data we process

If you do the job check or apply for a job

Name, phone number and email address
Postcode and place of residence, to calculate the distance to vacancies
Age, work experience, desired role and what you’re looking for in a job
Your CV and anything else you send or tell us
Notes from our conversations with you and with employers about your candidacy

If you are an employer

Name, role, company name, phone number and email address of contact persons
Information about open positions and terms of employment

If you visit the website

Technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, via our hosting provider and any statistics
A postcode you enter on the vacancy page is only stored in your own browser, not with us

What we use your data for

To place you in a suitable job and put you forward to employers, only after your agreement for each employer
To contact you about vacancies, your application or an advice call
To help employers fill vacancies
To make the website work and to improve it
To comply with legal obligations, such as the retention duty for administration

The legal grounds for this are: performance of the agreement or preparation for it, your consent, our legitimate interest in running a recruitment business, and compliance with legal obligations.

We only share your data with employers after you’ve agreed to it. We also use service providers for hosting, email, forms and our candidate system. We have processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data.

To calculate the distance to vacancies, the website uses the public address service of PDOK (Kadaster). Only your postcode is sent to that service, with no other data.

How long we keep data

Candidate data: up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner. This way we can approach you if something suitable comes up later.
Employer data: for as long as the collaboration lasts and up to seven years afterwards for administration purposes.
Website data: a maximum of fourteen months.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and to have your data transferred. If you’ve given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@uncappedrecruitment.nl. We respond within a month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections, access management and two-factor authentication on our systems.

Cookies

This website only uses necessary cookies without consent. We switch on statistics (Google Analytics 4) and ad measurement (Google Ads, Meta) only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Only necessary”, we measure nothing. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time via the “Cookies on this site” link at the bottom of every page.

We may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
