What you’ll be doing

A customer comes in with a BMW X1 for a service and wants to know what else is needed. You listen, write a clear work order and keep the customer updated as soon as the workshop knows more. In Numansdorp you work with 42 colleagues on BMW and MINI cars and vans.

• You’re the regular point of contact for customers and advise on servicing and repairs
• You turn a customer’s question into a complete work order and align the planning with the workshop manager
• If something changes during a repair, you clearly inform the customer about extra costs and timing
• You spot where extra maintenance really helps the customer and give honest advice about it
• You arrange a replacement vehicle when needed, so the customer stays on the road
• At pickup you explain the invoice and round off the visit properly

What we’re looking for

• You have experience as a service advisor or in another customer-facing role
• You know the basics of servicing and repairing cars and vans, or you’re keen to learn them
• You’re the link between customer and technician and explain technical matters in plain words
• You see commercial opportunities and can convince a customer in an open way
• You keep the overview while switching between customers, tasks and systems
