What you’ll be doing

A business owner is standing at the counter with his Transit Custom, which has to be back on the road tomorrow. You draw up a clear work order, arrange replacement transport and call him halfway through the afternoon when the mechanic finds something extra. In Hoofddorp you work together with 23 colleagues.

• You are the go-to contact for customers and advise on maintenance and repairs
• You translate customer questions into complete work orders and align the schedule with the workshop manager
• If something changes during the repair, you inform the customer about adjustments and costs
• You spot opportunities for additional maintenance and give honest advice about them
• You explain the invoice and wrap up every visit properly

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a service advisor or in another customer-focused role
• You understand the basics of maintenance and repair on cars and commercial vehicles, or you want to learn them
• You can explain technical information from the workshop to customers in a way they understand
• You have a commercial eye and keep the overview when things get busy
• Do you have customer-focused experience outside automotive? Then you’re welcome too

What you get

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
• 40 hours per week, and 32 or 36 hours is open to discussion
