Damage Estimator in Rijen

Prepare damage estimates in Rijen and keep the lines short with customer, workshop and insurer. Part time from 24 hours is possible too.

What you’ll be doing

A customer walks in with a dented rear wing. You take photos, assess the damage and prepare the estimate, for example in Audatex. Then you order the parts and agree with the workshop when the panel work, dent removal and paint preparation can start.

• You are the first point of contact at the desk and the hub between customer, workshop and insurer.
• You prepare damage estimates based on photos and on inspections on location.
• You record damage and build complete files, so an assessor or insurer does not need to ask for anything.
• You order parts and coordinate the repair with the workshop.
• You maintain contact with customers, loss adjusters and insurers.

What we’re looking for

• You have experience as a damage estimator, claims manager or damage advisor.
• You work accurately and independently and think in solutions.
• You are a strong communicator and have a commercial, customer focused attitude.
• You are eager to learn and enjoy working together with the workshop.
• Are you a damage advisor or claims manager who wants to do more estimating yourself? Then you are welcome too.

What you get

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
• A contract of 24 to 40 hours. If you work 40 hours, you choose whether to build up 104 ADV hours per year or have them paid out.
• 25 days of holiday, with the option to buy two weeks extra.
• 8% holiday pay, paid out every month.
• Pension through BPF Metaal & Techniek, with the employer paying 17.7% of the premium and you paying 10.28%.
• A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre by car and €0.30 by bike.
