Car Body Repairer in Rijen

Work on damage from small to large in Rijen, with 25 days of holiday and, at 40 hours, the choice between extra time off or extra salary.

What you’ll be doing

At eight o’clock a car with a damaged front end drives into the workshop in Rijen. You look at how deep the damage goes, choose the approach and start dismantling. A few days later the same car drives back out looking sharp and safe, and that is your work.

• You analyse every damage and decide which approach leads to a good result the fastest.
• You remove and refit body parts without damaging anything.
• You repair panels, remove dents or replace panels, and deliver them ready for paint.
• You straighten, measure and align car bodies until the dimensions are right again.
• You work on different cars and brands all the time, so you see a wide variety of damage.

What we’re looking for

• You hold a (Senior) Car Body Repairer diploma.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• You are available at least 32 hours per week.
• You work precisely, flexibly and with a focus on solutions.
• You enjoy working in a team. Currently working as a panel beater at another body shop? You are welcome.

What you get

• Salary between €3,000 and €3,700 gross per month, depending on your experience
• A 40 hour working week with a salary based on 38 hours. You build up the 2 extra hours as ADV, up to 104 hours per year, or have them paid out.
• 25 days of holiday, with the option to buy 2 extra weeks.

• Pension through BPF Metaal & Techniek: the employer pays 17.7% of the premium, you pay 10.28%.
• €0.23 per km travel allowance by car, €0.30 per km if you cycle.
