Service Advisor Mercedes-Benz in Gilze

Become the regular point of contact in Gilze for hauliers with a Mercedes-Benz truck, and make sure they get back on the road quickly.

What you’ll be doing

You start the day with your colleagues and the schedule. Then a driver calls: his eActros is showing a warning on the road and he wants to know whether he can come in today. You consult the workshop, give him a clear answer and make sure the truck is picked up straight away when it arrives.

• You are the link between customer and workshop, and between the departments within the location.
• You welcome customers and guide them from arrival to departure.
• You translate wishes into clear agreements, whether it is maintenance or an urgent job.
• You proactively keep customers informed of progress.
• You give honest and clear advice, including on additional options.

What we’re looking for

• You have an affinity with the transport and automotive world.
• You are presentable and a strong communicator.
• You work in a structured and careful way, and working together comes naturally to you.
• You live within 40 km of Gilze.
• You are flexible when a customer needs you, and you have a sense of humour at the right moments.
• Does your experience come from passenger cars or the transport world? Then you are welcome.

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
