As workshop manager vans in Tiel you lead the team for Sprinter and Vito and help shape a new workshop. APK (MOT) at the employer's expense.

What you’ll be doing

Three Sprinters for maintenance, a Vito with a tricky fault and an eSprinter that needs to be ready today. You divide the work, help a mechanic with the diagnosis and keep an eye on quality. In Tiel you are the point of contact for the mechanics team of the vans workshop. This year construction starts on a new building, and you are involved from the very beginning.

• You lead the mechanics and divide the work according to the schedule.
• You guide colleagues with repairs and diagnoses and work hands-on yourself when needed.
• You safeguard quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• You get room to put forward improvements and carry them out.
• You help shape the new workshop from the start.

What we’re looking for

• You have an MBO course at level 4 in automotive technology or commercial vehicle technology.
• You have a passion for technology and an eye for detail.
• You are motivated to strengthen the team and grow together.
• APK (MOT) certification is a plus. Don’t have it yet? Then you are welcome and you get it at the employer’s expense.

What you get

• Salary between €3,500 and €5,500 gross per month, depending on your experience
• A contract of 32 to 40 hours per week.
• 24 days of holiday plus ADV, to take as time off or have paid out.
• 8% holiday pay, paid out monthly.
