What you’ll be doing

At eight o’clock a Sprinter drives into the workshop that has already come back twice with the same fault. You take on the diagnosis and don’t let go until you have found the cause. After that, a Vito is waiting for a major service. Heavy mechanical work and fine diagnostic work keep alternating here.

• You independently track down complex faults on modern Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles
• You alternate big technical jobs with precise diagnostic work, so no two weeks are the same
• You work with good tools and with colleagues who are just as passionate as you
• You make sure business owners can get back on the road with their van quickly and safely
• Short lines in the workshop: need help, then you ask a colleague straight away

What we’re looking for

• You have an MBO diploma as Commercial Vehicle Technician, or you are currently following that course
• You feel at home with commercial vehicles and get satisfaction from hands-on work
• You combine quality with pace, because a customer wants their van back quickly and safely
• You work in a service minded and accurate way
• Starter or career changer with a passion for technology? You are welcome too

What you get

• Salary between €2,800 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience
• You work 32 to 40 hours per week, whatever suits you best
• 24 days of holiday plus ADV, which you take as time off or have paid out
• 8% holiday pay every month, so no waiting until May
• If you work on Saturdays or in the evening, you get a premium for it
