What you’ll be doing

Tomorrow an XC60 is booked in for a repair. You ordered the parts today and have them ready, so the technician can start straight away. In Leiderdorp you work according to Volvo Personal Service: few handovers, short lines and the car back on the road right the first time. As Workshop Support you work close to the workshop, together with 19 colleagues.

• You support the technicians so they can get on with the job, with appointments, work orders and admin in order
• You order, plan and prepare parts on time, so nobody in the workshop is left waiting
• When information is hard to find, you dig into the systems until you have it
• For warranty, goodwill or lease jobs you know which steps are needed and you complete the file
• You think along about how the workshop process can be smarter and faster

What we’re looking for

• You have experience as a service advisor, workshop planner or in another role where you work accurately and in a structured way
• You know the basics of servicing, repairs and parts, or you’re curious enough to learn them quickly
• You think ahead and want everything ready before the work starts
• You’re comfortable with systems and record work orders, warranty and lease neatly
• You switch quickly with technicians and like helping to solve a problem
