Service Advisor in Utrecht

Service advisor at a large used car centre in Utrecht. Experience is nice, but we are happy to teach you the trade.

What you’ll be doing

You give customers a warm welcome, schedule appointments and advise on servicing and repairs. You work closely with the workshop, monitor the schedule and ensure clear communication between customer and mechanic. Ordering parts and answering the service phone are part of your day too.

• You create work orders and process work administratively
• You advise and guide customers through the servicing process
• You explain invoices and work done
• You order parts
• You answer the service department phone

What we’re looking for

• MBO working level
• Good written and spoken Dutch
• Customer-focused, into cars and cool-headed when busy
• You are available full-time
• Experience in a similar role is a nice bonus
