Back Office Employee in Utrecht

Strong at admin and enjoy customer contact? In the back office of a large used car centre in Utrecht you learn every process step by step.

What you’ll be doing

You support the service advisors so customers are helped as well as possible. From quotes to warranty claims and rental contracts, you learn all the processes and become an all-rounder. No experience in a similar role? We will teach you everything you need to know.

• You prepare workshop appointments administratively
• You register, request and invoice rental agreements
• You prepare quotes for repair and maintenance work
• You submit and process warranty claims
• You support the aftersales team where needed

What we’re looking for

• MBO working level
• Good written and spoken Dutch
• You work accurately and communicate easily with customers, colleagues and suppliers
• You are available full-time
• Experience is nice, but not required
