The first face customers see for servicing and repairs in Utrecht. Welcoming, organised and the link between customer and workshop.

What you’ll be doing

You make customers feel welcome straight away and make sure the workshop knows what needs doing. From work order to invoice, everything goes through you. Even when the desk is busy, you stay calm, organised and friendly.

• You welcome and advise customers
• You schedule and coordinate workshop appointments
• You coordinate the daily work in the workshop
• You create and process work orders
• You handle questions and complaints and explain invoices

What we’re looking for

• Excellent Dutch
• You switch easily between customer contact and admin
• You stay calm and friendly when it gets busy
• You are available full-time

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience
