Aftersales Manager in Utrecht

Responsible for all aftersales at a large used car centre in Utrecht. With a company car, also for private use.

What you’ll be doing

You lead the workshop and the service desk and work closely with the branch director. You are visible on the floor, step in where needed and turn ideas into results. Currently a service advisor or department head? This is your next step.

• You lead, coach and develop the aftersales teams
• You raise service quality and customer satisfaction
• You handle customer questions and complaints proactively
• You improve processes and seize commercial opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Experience in aftersales, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• You keep the overview when it gets busy
• Customer-focused and driven to achieve results together
