Service Advisor Toyota in Breda

Be the face of the workshop at Toyota in Breda, at a location that moved into completely newly fitted premises in 2023.

What you’ll be doing

A customer comes in with his C-HR and mentions a squeak when braking. You ask the right questions, put it on the work order and call back later when the mechanic sees that the brake pads are worn out. You work together with a sales and aftersales team for customers from Breda and the surrounding area.

• You are the link between customer and workshop and the first point of contact for Toyota customers.
• You translate the customer’s story into a clear work order for the mechanics.
• Together with the workshop manager, you monitor progress and ask for permission when extra work is needed.
• You schedule appointments, order parts and take care of invoicing.
• At collection you go through the work with the customer and check whether everything is to their satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

• You have experience as a service advisor in automotive.
• You are hospitable and customer focused.
• You handle stress well and communicate clearly.
• You think along with the customer in terms of solutions.
• Currently working as a service advisor for another brand? Then you are welcome.

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
• A full time job of 40 hours at a modern location.
