What you’ll be doing

A business owner’s Sprinter needs to be back on the road today, but it is stuck with a fault. You make the diagnosis, a fellow mechanic watches along and sees how you tackle it. That is how you keep commercial vehicles running in Breda and lift the workshop team to a higher level.

• You carry out diagnoses and fix faults on Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles.
• You carry out maintenance and repairs with attention to quality.
• You guide fellow mechanics on complex jobs.
• You help think about improvements in work processes, so the workshop runs more efficiently.
• You share your expertise and see the team grow as a result.

What we’re looking for

• You have an MBO course in (commercial vehicle) automotive technology and are qualified as a senior or second automotive technician or commercial vehicle technician.
• If you don’t have the Senior Automotive Technician diploma yet, you are willing to take that course.
• You enjoy working together and solve problems quickly and accurately.
• An APK (MOT) qualification is a plus, or you are willing to get the certificate.
• Currently a second automotive technician and want to grow? Then this role is a logical step.

What you get

• Salary between €2,800 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience
• A working week of 40 hours.
• 24 days of holiday plus ADV, to take as time off or have paid out.
