Service Advisor Kia in Goes

Be the link between customer and workshop at Kia in Goes, with an extra bonus when targets are met.

What you’ll be doing

One customer brings in a Picanto for a service, the next has a question about his electric EV6. You listen, explain the technology in an understandable way and make sure the workshop knows exactly what needs to be done.

• You are the first point of contact and make sure customers feel good dropping off and collecting their car.
• You translate the customer’s story into clear jobs for the workshop.
• You advise customers on maintenance and see opportunities to help them well, and that counts towards your bonus.
• You explain technical information so that every customer understands what is happening to their car.
• All day you switch between customers, mechanics and planning, with hybrid and electric Kias in the mix.

What we’re looking for

• You have experience as a service advisor, workshop receptionist or in a similar role in automotive.
• You have an affinity with cars and technology and a commercial mindset.
• You work accurately, keep an overview and switch easily between tasks.
• You are a strong communicator and make technology understandable.
• You are available at least 36 hours, 40 hours is preferred.
• Not a service advisor yet, but experienced in automotive? Then you are welcome too.

What you get

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
• An extra bonus when targets are achieved.

• 8% holiday pay, paid out every month.
