What you’ll be doing

At this location in Goes you help decide what your role looks like. One mechanic stands at the lift all day, with a Niro for a diagnosis and a Picanto for a service. Another starts the morning processing incoming parts and then carries on working on cars. Your experience and preference are the starting point.

• You carry out maintenance and repairs and diagnose technical and electronic faults
• You work with modern diagnostic equipment and software on the entire Kia range
• If you want variety, you receive and check parts and hand them out to your colleagues
• In the warehouse you manage stock, flag shortages and order from suppliers
• Your role is tailored to your strengths, not the other way around

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an MBO course in Automotive Technology, level 2 or higher
• You have experience as an automotive technician
• You have a category B driving licence
• You work accurately and in a customer focused way
• An affinity with parts management is a plus, but not a requirement. Never worked in a warehouse? You will learn it here

What you get

• Salary between €2,800 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience
• Work 32 to 40 hours per week. At 40 hours you build up ADV or have it paid out
• Training towards APK (MOT) inspector, diagnostic technician and EV specialist
• 24 days of holiday on a full time basis, with the option to buy extra days off
• 8% holiday pay, paid out every month, and a pension through BPF Metaal & Techniek
• €0.23 per kilometre by car or €0.30 per kilometre by bike
