What you’ll be doing

A business owner needs his Sprinter again tomorrow morning for a job. You make sure it is ready on time, even if the fault turns out to be trickier than expected. In the modern workshop in Goes it is all about getting stuck in and working together, so customers are quickly and safely back on their way.

• You carry out diagnoses and fix faults on Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles and Vans.
• You carry out maintenance and repairs to high quality standards.
• You work on a wide range of technical issues, so your day is rarely the same.
• You help think about improvements in the workshop.
• You share your knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a safe and efficient workshop.

What we’re looking for

• You have an MBO diploma in automotive technology, commercial vehicle technology or truck technology.
• You have an affinity with Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles.
• You are customer focused, flexible and proactive.
• You work independently and feel at home in a team.
• Experience as a (commercial vehicle) mechanic is a plus. Coming from truck technology or passenger cars? Then you are welcome too.

What you get

• Salary between €2,800 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience
• A working week of 32 to 40 hours.
• 24 days of holiday plus ADV, which you take as time off or have paid out.
• 8% holiday pay, paid out monthly.

• Training through the in-house learning platform and through Mercedes-Benz, so your knowledge grows along with the Vans.
