Service Advisor in Heemstede

What you’ll be doing

A customer calls because his Peugeot 3008 is making a strange noise. You schedule the appointment, welcome him at the desk and discuss what is going on. Then you give the technicians exactly the information they need. Once the car is ready, you walk the customer through what was done. You work with nineteen colleagues at a location that is always busy, so you never have a dull moment.

• You are the point of contact for customers with questions about maintenance and service, from the 208 to the 5008
• You create work orders and prepare appointments
• You keep track of the workshop planning and stay in control, even when it is busy
• You go through the invoice and explain to the customer what was done to the car
• You handle all the administration, so the workshop and the customer know where they stand

What we’re looking for

• You have at least three years of work experience
• You speak and write Dutch well
• You are available full time
• You keep an overview at the desk, even when there is a queue
• You enjoy customer contact and know what good service is
• Experience as a service advisor in automotive is a plus. If you come from hospitality or another role with lots of customer contact, we will teach you the trade
