What you’ll be doing

Together with the service advisors you run the workshop. You make the schedule, divide the work and pitch in when it gets busy. You guide and motivate your colleagues and are ultimately responsible for quality. Technically strong but never led a team? We will help you develop those skills.

• You lead the workshop team and divide the work
• You are ultimately responsible for the quality of work
• You advise on improvements in quality and efficiency
• You liaise with the importer on technical matters
• You pitch in where needed

What we’re looking for

• A completed automotive qualification
• Extensive knowledge of servicing and repairs
• You communicate well and bring people together
• You are available full-time
• Leadership experience in automotive is a plus
