Aftersales Manager in Alkmaar

You determine how well aftersales runs in Alkmaar. Leading the service desk, hitting KPIs and making processes smarter.

What you’ll be doing

Customer satisfaction, revenue and margin all come together with you. You lead the aftersales reception, read the numbers and turn them into concrete improvements. Your team and the workshop know they can count on you.

• You lead, coach and motivate the aftersales team
• You monitor and hit KPIs on customer satisfaction, revenue and margin
• You analyse reports and turn them into concrete improvement actions
• You make processes more efficient and work closely with the workshop
• You help develop the aftersales activities of the branch further

What we’re looking for

• Higher professional (HBO) working level
• Experience in automotive aftersales
• Experience leading a team and managing by KPIs
• You are analytical, proactive and customer-focused

• Salary between €4,000 and €6,500 gross per month, depending on experience
