Service Advisor in Alkmaar

What you’ll be doing

With two fellow service advisors you are the trusted face for customers. One comes in for servicing, another for a tricky fault or warranty. You set the right expectations, keep in touch and make sure the mechanics know exactly what to do. You get lots of freedom to make decisions, and the branch is growing fast.

• You welcome and advise customers and take stock of their requests
• You create work orders and plan and monitor the workshop
• You keep customers informed about progress, costs and work
• You process warranty and damage claims
• You go through invoices and spot commercial opportunities

What we’re looking for

• MBO+ or HBO working level
• Experience in a service role, automotive is a plus
• Strong communicator and organiser
• An interest in cars and technology
• Years of service advisor experience are not required
