Service Advisor Toyota in Bergen op Zoom

A part time job of up to 24 hours as a service advisor at Toyota in Bergen op Zoom, where you keep the workshop in balance.

What you’ll be doing

A customer brings in his Corolla for a service. Halfway through the morning the workshop manager lets you know that the brakes need replacing. You call the customer and explain what is needed and what it costs. No surprises afterwards, you make sure of that.

• You are the link between customer and workshop and make sure the mechanics know exactly what needs to be done.
• You keep an overview of the planning and progress in the workshop.
• You liaise quickly with the workshop manager when something goes differently than expected.
• You take care of the invoice and take the time to explain what was done to the car.
• You order parts and make sure colleagues know where they stand.

What we’re looking for

• You have experience in a similar role in automotive.
• You are service minded, professional and customer friendly.
• You keep an overview when it is busy and switch easily between customer, workshop and planning.
• You think in solutions and communicate clearly.

What you get

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience, based on full time
• Up to 24 hours per week, so you keep room for other things alongside your work.
• 24 days of holiday (on a full time basis), with the option to buy extra days.
