Automotive Technician Kia in Roosendaal

Work on Kias from Picanto to EV6 in Roosendaal and grow towards APK (MOT) inspector, diagnostic technician or EV specialist.

What you’ll be doing

In the morning a service on a Picanto, in the afternoon an electric EV6 with a fault you need to unravel with the diagnostic equipment. In the modern Kia workshop in Roosendaal routine work and tricky jobs alternate, and the amount of diagnostic work you do grows along with your experience.

• You carry out services and repairs on the entire Kia range.
• You track down technical and electronic faults with modern diagnostic equipment.
• You work on hybrid and electric Kias, such as the EV6 and the Niro.
• You carry out APK (MOT) work if you are qualified, or you get that qualification here.
• You check cars for safety and quality before they go back to the customer.

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an MBO course in Automotive Technology at level 2, 3 or 4.
• You have a category B driving licence.
• You have an APK (MOT) certification or are willing to get it.
• You are eager to learn and curious about modern vehicle technology.
• Experience as an automotive technician is a plus. Just qualified? Also welcome, the role suits both automotive technicians and senior automotive technicians.

What you get

• Salary between €2,800 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on your experience
• A 40 hour working week, where you choose whether to build up ADV hours or have them paid out.
• 24 days of holiday per year and the option to buy extra days off.
