Service Advisor in Rotterdam

The link between customer and workshop at a Mercedes-Benz dealer in Rotterdam. Full-time or part-time, we will discuss it.

What you’ll be doing

You make sure the customer leaves happy and the workshop knows what needs doing. You process invoices and damage and warranty claims, keep the schedule tight and explain to customers what was done to their car.

• You create work orders and process work administratively
• You schedule work for the mechanics and monitor progress
• You process invoices, damage and warranty claims
• You go through invoices with customers and explain the work

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a service advisor in automotive
• At least MBO working level
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch
• Well organised and enough technical knowledge for customer questions

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience
