Service Advisor in Groningen

Help build the customer experience of a brand-new MG branch in Groningen from the start. Also welcome if you come from another service role.

What you’ll be doing

Early next year a new MG branch opens in Groningen. Everything is new: building, workshop, team and the latest models. As service advisor you listen to the customer, discuss the work and align everything with the workshop. And you help decide how service is set up from day one.

• You welcome and advise customers
• You take and schedule workshop appointments
• You prepare work orders and discuss servicing and repairs
• You keep customers informed and explain the work done
• You help shape how service is organised

What we’re looking for

• Preferably automotive experience, or experience in another service role
• Strong communicator, customer- and service-focused
• You work in a structured way and keep the overview
• Commercially minded without losing sight of the customer

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience
