Set up the aftersales of a brand-new MG branch in Groningen from scratch. Your team, your processes, your workshop.

What you’ll be doing

Early next year a new MG branch opens in Groningen. New building, new workshop and a team still to be formed. You build the aftersales organisation and bring your own experience and ideas.

• You build and lead the aftersales organisation
• You set up and improve workshop and service processes
• You guide and develop your staff
• You set and monitor targets and KPIs
• You work with MG and make sure brand standards are met

What we’re looking for

• Experience in automotive aftersales
• Preferably experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong organiser, decisive and commercially minded
• You get energy from building something new

What you get

• Salary between €4,000 and €6,500 gross per month, depending on experience
• An independent management role with lots of room for initiative
