What you’ll be doing

From the moment the car comes in until you hand over the key, you make sure everything runs smoothly and quickly. Together with your fellow service advisors you do everything to exceed customer expectations. Hospitality comes first: whatever the model or the problem, the customer goes home happy.

• You agree with the customer what needs doing to the car
• You create work orders and schedule work in the workshop
• You process work, damage and warranty claims administratively
• You monitor progress and keep the customer informed
• You go through the invoice and explain what was done

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a service advisor in automotive
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch
• Customer-friendly, presentable and in control when busy
• Keen to learn and available full-time
