Service Advisor in Rotterdam

What you’ll be doing

Customer satisfaction comes first here. As an experienced service advisor you make sure customers always get the best service. You work independently, but as part of a customer-focused, ambitious and friendly team.

• You create and follow up work orders
• You monitor planning and repair progress
• You go through invoices and explain the work clearly
• You prepare appointments and support the workshop

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a service advisor or in a similar role
• Commercially minded and a strong communicator
• Excellent Dutch
• Responsible, accurate and available full-time
