What you’ll be doing

Together with your fellow service advisor you are the link between customer and workshop. You deal with all kinds of customers, from sole traders with a van to haulage firms, each with their own needs. You work out what is needed, schedule the work and keep everyone informed.

• You welcome customers, identify the problem and agree what needs to be done
• You schedule work in the workshop
• You monitor progress and keep the customer informed
• You go through invoices and damage and warranty claims and explain the work

What we’re looking for

• MBO working level
• An affinity with technology, vans and trucks
• Good communication skills and good Dutch
• Hospitable, committed and in control when busy
• You are available full-time

• Salary between €3,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience
