Service Advisor in Breda

The face of an Opel branch in Breda. No automotive experience but a background in hospitality or service? We will teach you the trade.

What you’ll be doing

Together with your colleagues you run the service desk. A customer calls, you schedule the appointment. On the day you welcome them with a smile, discuss what is going on with the car and give the workshop exactly the information it needs. When the car is ready, you explain what was done. The team has regular barbecues and ends the week with drinks.

• You schedule and prepare appointments
• You create work orders and monitor the schedule
• You translate customer issues into clear instructions for the workshop
• You go through invoices and explain the work done

What we’re looking for

• At least three years of work experience, for example in hospitality or another service role
• Customer-friendly and in control at the desk, even when busy
• Written and spoken Dutch
• You are available full-time
