Service Advisor in Barendrecht

The administrative hub of the workshop in Barendrecht. You manage the warranty process from A to Z and make sure every job is right on the invoice.

What you’ll be doing

From the back office you support the mechanics and fellow service advisors. You make sure all workshop work is recorded and invoiced correctly, and you handle warranty from start to finish. A responsible role where your organisational talent shines.

• You record workshop jobs correctly
• You invoice completed work to the customer
• You manage the warranty process from A to Z
• You handle administrative orders efficiently and customer-focused

What we’re looking for

• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent Dutch
• You keep the overview, also when it is busy
• You are available full-time
