What you’ll be doing

You develop and execute the sales strategy and lead the team to the branch KPIs. You maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, spot new market opportunities and report to the management team. In a team with down-to-earth Brabant friendliness, where successes are celebrated together.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a sales manager or sales team leader in automotive
• Higher professional (HBO) working level
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• You bring structure to your team
• You are available full-time
