What you’ll be doing

Today you help an experienced colleague with a fault on a Sprinter. He shows you how he builds up the diagnosis, and tomorrow you try it yourself on a Vito. You start with maintenance and repairs and take on more yourself step by step. With a tricky job you are never on your own.

• You carry out diagnoses under supervision and help solve faults
• You carry out maintenance and repairs according to Mercedes-Benz standards
• You learn from experienced colleagues and expand your knowledge step by step
• You help think about improvements and new techniques
• You work towards an independent role as Senior Automotive Technician

What we’re looking for

• You have an MBO course in automotive technology or are willing to take it
• You have basic knowledge of automotive technology and want to learn more about it
• You have an affinity with commercial vehicles and are open to guidance
• You are eager to learn, solution focused and have an eye for quality
• Experience and APK (MOT) are a plus, not a requirement. Motivation counts just as much, so starters are welcome

What you get

• Salary between €2,800 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience
• Work 38 to 40 hours per week
• Guidance from experienced technicians and a clear path to an independent role as Senior Automotive Technician
• Help getting your APK (MOT) inspector certificate, and training through the in-house learning platform and Mercedes-Benz
• 24 days of holiday plus ADV, to take as time off or have paid out
• 8% holiday pay per month and a premium for working on Saturdays and in the evening
