What you’ll be doing

A Corolla hybrid comes in with a fault a colleague cannot figure out. You roll over your own professional tool trolley, connect the diagnostic equipment and walk your colleague through how you approach it. Meanwhile, you help think about the workshop schedule for the rest of the week.

• You independently carry out maintenance and repairs on Toyotas and dive into complex technical issues

• You guide and advise colleagues with your knowledge and experience

• You deliver every car so the customer can drive it worry free for years

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an MBO course as Senior Automotive Technician
• You have already earned your stripes in the automotive trade and tackle complex faults
• You work accurately, in a customer focused way and enjoy working together
• You are proactive and want to keep developing
• An APK (MOT) certificate is a plus. Don’t have it yet? Also welcome, as long as you are willing to get it

What you get

• Salary between €2,800 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience
• A salary based on 38 hours. If you work 40 hours, you build up 104 ADV hours per year or have them paid out
• 24 days of holiday and the option to buy up to two extra working weeks
• 8% holiday pay, automatically paid out every month
• Net travel expenses of €0.23 per kilometre, or €0.30 per kilometre if you cycle
• Pension through BPF Metaal & Techniek, of which the employer pays 17.7% of the premium and you pay 10.28%
