What you’ll be doing

You keep the overview, motivate the team and make sure servicing and repairs on Volkswagens are top quality. You are the go-to person for technical questions and work closely with the service advisors and the importer. Together with your colleagues you keep improving quality and speed.

• You motivate and inspire the workshop with your leadership
• You guide staff in their development
• You oversee quality and safety
• You plan efficiently and divide tasks
• You liaise with the importer on technical matters

What we’re looking for

• A completed MBO level 4 automotive qualification
• At least three years of experience as a workshop manager or leader in automotive
• Strong organiser with an eye for detail
• Good communicator and customer-focused
• You are available full-time
