Aftersales Manager in Waalwijk

Leading the workshop and service desk of a remarketing branch in Waalwijk. Also a chance if you are currently a service advisor.

What you’ll be doing

You are responsible for all aftersales at the branch. You keep the overview, adjust course and pitch in yourself when needed. If you see something that can be better, you pick it up and see it through.

• You lead, coach and develop the aftersales team
• You raise service quality and customer satisfaction
• You handle customer questions and complaints proactively
• You improve processes and seize commercial opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Experience in aftersales
• Leadership experience is a plus, ambition matters just as much
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Customer-focused and driven to achieve results together
