Aftersales Manager in Amsterdam

What you’ll be doing

Premium customers expect a premium experience, and you make sure everything behind the scenes and at the desk is right. You coordinate daily aftersales in Amsterdam and Mijdrecht, monitor planning and lead times and improve processes. Currently a service advisor and ready for the next step? This is your chance.

• You coordinate daily aftersales activities
• You lead the service and workshop team where needed
• You monitor planning, lead times and processes
• You spot improvements and put them into practice
• You ensure customer satisfaction to the premium standards of Volvo and Polestar

What we’re looking for

• Experience in automotive aftersales
• Strong organisational and communication skills, also on busy days
• Customer- and solution-focused
• An affinity with premium mobility and electric cars is a plus
